How To Find Device IMEI Number

Your IMEI number is your device’s unique 15-digit serial number. It can be used to check a devices country of region, manufacturer and model number.

Finding it is easy and you’ve a couple of ways to find it:

Dial *#06# from your device.

You’ll see your IMEI number displayed on your screen.

You can find it in a number of places; in Settings, on your actual device, in Finder or iTunes, and on the original packaging.

Here’s how you find your IMEI number in Settings:

Go to Settings.

Select General.

Select About.

Scroll down to find your IMEI number.

Here’s how to find your IMEI number on your Samsung device:

Go to Settings.

Select About phone or About device.

You’ll see your IMEI, model number and serial number displayed on-screen.

On older devices you may need to select Status to see your IMEI, model number and serial number.

Your IMEI, serial number and model number are also printed on the back of your Samsung device.

Here’s how to find your IMEI number in the settings on your Android device:

Go to the Settings app.

Scroll down and select About Phone.

Scroll down to find your IMEI number.
